It's Over

Montreal's season came to a close Wednesday. After dominating the overtime period, Nathan Horton ended the Canadiens hope of a 25th Stanley Cup.

Horton scored his second overtime goal of the postseason on Wednesday night, waiting until 5:43 of the extra period in Game 7 to give Boston a 4-3 victory over the Montreal Canadiens and help the Bruins advance to the Eastern Conference semifinals.

Horton, along with Tim Thomas and Carey Price, were dynamite for their clubs. Its sad to see the amazing season of Carey Price come to a close.

Carey Price is not a vezina nominee, but Thomas is. Many feel Price was snubbed of that award. He had a great season.

It was an up and down season. They will be ready for another playoff run next season.

We hope you enjoyed 2010-2011.
